Over the past 20 years, Magoe Johnson has established herself as one of the most versatile image consultants in Image Management. Magoe’s zeal has helped clients to transform themselves and present their best selves in a more polished overall public persona. After being trained and employed to represent one of Houston’s most prestigious modeling agencies, she desired to help others redefine their image…

Magoe’s passion for image enhancement led her to join forces over the years with veteran cosmetic and image consultants to conduct image management seminars for companies and organizations. Her employment with luxury retailers contributed greatly to her expertise in the fashion world. While working with renowned designers, she developed the skills to dress clients from head to toe.

Magoe remains on top of her profession by continued training to upgrade skills, knowledge and competence in various disciplines of the image profession. She is a certified image consultant designated by the National Association of Image Consultants International (AICI).

In addition, she formerly served as an executive board member of the Fashion Group International (FGI) Houston Chapter, and served as a volunteer fashion advisor for Dress for Success Houston, Career Gear Houston, and Redeemed Ministries. Magoe has been recognized by Dun & Bradstreet in Who’s Who Among Professionals International and Who’s Who in Black Houston. Magoe is a Distinguished Toastmaster and has served several years as the Toastmaster Youth Leadership Program Director for Houston and surrounding areas.

Magoe customized a program for youth by taking all of her image consulting business skills gained from experience, training, education and leadership to help young people understand the importance of creating a positive image as they emerge from pre-teens to young adults. It’s both an opportunity and responsibility to teach pre-teens, and to equip them to be leaders for tomorrow through skills that they can use for a lifetime. As a result, Age of Emergence was born.

Magoe currently volunteers her services to charitable organizations and programs in various countries around the world.
