About Magoe
Magoe’s passion for image enhancement led her to become an image and cosmetic consultant for a renowned American-based Cosmetic Company. She joined forces with veteran beauty consultants to conduct image seminars and group makeovers for companies. Following her desire to meet and learn from the best in the fashion and beauty industry, Magoe accepted an offer to be the fashion and beauty editor for a Houston magazine. While working there, she interviewed the Who’s Who in the fashion industry, kept readers abreast of the latest updates on hairstyles, new looks, and fashion trends, and served as the spokesperson for high-profile events.
Her employment with Tootsie’s and with Neiman Marcus as the Couture Salon Coordinator contributed greatly to her expertise in the fashion world. While working with renowned designers, she developed the skills of exquisite fashion to dress clients from head to toe, enhancing their images with total confidence.
Magoe is a certified image professional and since 1997 has been an active member of the National Association of Image Consultants International (AICI), a highly acclaimed organization which requires its members to continue training to upgrade skills, knowledge, and competence in various disciplines of the image profession. In addition, she formerly served as an executive board member of the Fashion Group International (FGI) Houston Chapter and served as a volunteer fashion advisor for Dress for Success Houston, Career Gear Houston, Covenant House Houston to name a few.
Magoe also has worked with and supported charitable and volunteer organizations in Asia, Europe and United States.
